IHF fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is designed and manufactured according to the standard and combined with the process of non-metallic pump. The pump body adopts metal shell lined with polyperfluoroethylene propylene (F46), the pump cover, impeller and sleeve are made of metal inserts wrapped with fluoroplastics and sintered and pressed as a whole, the shaft seal adopts external advanced bellows mechanical seal, the static ring adopts 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), and the dynamic ring adopts tetrafluoro filling material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and wear resistance. The inlet and outlet of the pump are reinforced with cast steel body to enhance the pressure resistance of the pump.
