Our nickel coated graphite powder series is a new type of conductive material which is composite of semiconductor powder material and metal. It has excellent electric conductivity, shielding electromagnetic signal and corrosion resistance, uniform and complete coating, good adhesion. Good conductive / electromagnetic shielding characteristics, is an ideal EMI field of standard products, used in conductive / shielding, rubber, glue, paint, ointment, etc.
Application:
1. conductive silicone rubber products, containing conductive gaskets, conductive rubber plates, rubber strips, etc., such as conductive zebra strips.
2. Conductive fillers of acrylic tape, including pressure sensitive conductive tapes with metal sheets as gaskets. Fabric conductive tape based on foam cotton, unlined conductive tape.
3. conductive adhesive.
4. conductive paint, conductive film.
5. conductive ink.
6. substitute for silver and nickel powder.
