Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer?
A: We are trading company with cooperated factories. We have fasteners exporting experience for more than 20 years.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: It depends on your items and quantities. Usually, around 35 days for one 20 feet container.

Q: Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?
A: We'd like to provide free samples for standard fasteners, but clients need to pay the express charges.  

Q: What is your payment term?
A: Generally, 30% T/T in advance , the balance against the draft copy of B/L .  

Q: I need a customized fastener, but it's not on your website. What do I do?
A: Please send us your request with detailed drawings or photos, then we will make the quotation for you accordingly.

Q: I'm not sure what screws I should be using or I need a little engineering help. Do you guys offer assistance?
A: Yes, we have professional engineer to help you, and can make the drawings for you if necessary. So, just please let us know your detailed requirements.
