Achievable Precision After Machining
(1) Axis: roundness precision of 0.002 mm, concentricity at 0.002 mm, and smoothness reaching Ra0.1;
(2) Hole: minimal processing hole diameter achievable at 0.2 mm with a depth capability extending to 6 mm;
(3) Slot: process slots with a minimum narrow groove width of 0.1 mm, offering customizable groove shapes;
(4) Plane: process 0.1 mm thick sheets with a minimum processable thickness, parallelism at an exceptional 0.001 mm, measurement tolerance maintained at 0.001 mm, and a fine finish of Ra0.1;
